What we collect

When you use our wedding website, contact form, or RSVP form, we may collect the contact and event-planning information you provide, such as names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, RSVP responses, and household or guest details.

How we use it

We use this information only to plan and communicate about Alex and Caroline's wedding, including RSVP confirmation, schedule updates, venue or travel information, and other essential event logistics.

Public-page analytics

We use TelemetryDeck to count visits to general information pages. We send only a broad page category and a hash of a random browser identifier that changes each UTC day. The random identifier is stored in your browser; it is not linked to your invitation or RSVP.

We do not send names, contact details, guest or household identifiers, RSVP answers, invitation tokens, page URLs, or referring-page URLs to this analytics service. We exclude RSVP, contact-collection, admin, and unknown pages, as well as links containing a query string or fragment. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. As with any direct web request, the service receives the network connection's IP address and browser headers.

Text-message privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Retention and security

We keep wedding-planning information only as long as reasonably needed to organize the event and follow up with guests. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
